Dasha Perova is back in a brand new video for World of Warships to introduce us to the new features to appear in the latest update. Update 0.6.11 introduces brand new features for clans including naval bases, oil resources and clan battles. Watch Dasha’s new update video below…
Update 0.6.11 introduces the new Oil resources that can only be obtained by clan members. This resource can be earned by either through daily containers or through completing challenges and combat missions. Oil is very useful to clans and is used to develop the clan’s Naval base to provide members with permanent bonuses. Oil is also a means to raise the clan’s level, the more oil obtained, the higher the clan’s level is.
Each clan will have their very own Naval Base which is comprised of the Headquarters, Shipyard, Research Center and Dock. These buildings can be upgraded using the oil that is collected by members to generate bonuses however, buildings can only be upgraded by the clan’s Commander and Deputy Commander. To get these bonuses members must earn a set amount of oil to gain ‘access’ to the facilities.
The latest update also introduces a new battle mode called Clan Battles. This mode replaces Team Battles in the Service Record and will be available from Level 15. This new mode will become available when a clan season starts.
