Trailer for crime thriller The Strange Ones starring James Freedson-Jackson and Alex Pettyfer

Ahead of its arrival on DirecTV next month, Vertical Entertainment has released a trailer for directors Christopher Radcliff and Lauren Wolkstein’s The Strange Ones which stars James Freedson-Jackson and Alex Pettyfer. The crime thriller premiered earlier this year at the SXSW Film Festival where it was awarded the Special Jury Recognition prize for Breakthrough Performance for Freedson-Jackson; take a look below…

Mysterious events surround two travelers (James Freedson-Jackson and Alex Pettyfer) as they make their way across a remote American landscape. On the surface all seems normal, but what appears to be a simple vacation soon gives way to a dark and complex web of secrets.

The Strange Ones arrives on DirecTV on December 7th and is set for a theatrical release on January 5th.
