Cobie Smulders goes to college in trailer for comedy Alright Now

Ahead of its release next month, a new trailer has arrived online for writer-director Jamie Adams’ upcoming comedy drama Alright Now which stars Cobie Smulders as a musician who drunkenly enrols in college after her life falls apart, and also features Jessica Hynes, Richard Elis, and Noel Clarke; check it out here…

ALRIGHT NOW follows Joanne (Cobie Smulders, “How I Met Your Mother”) a rock musician who drunkenly enrolls in college after she breaks up with her boyfriend and her band falls apart. Convinced she will give the youngsters a run for their money, Joanne is shocked to discover that no one knows who she is and they could care less about her rock star past. Completely improvised and Directed by Jamie Adams (Black Mountain Poets), ALRIGHT NOW is a feel-good comedy about love, life and the search for new beginnings.

Alright Now is set for release on September 7th.
