Disney scored a resounding critical success last year with its reboot of the beloved 80s animated TV series DuckTales, with the revival scoring a perfect 100% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The show is set to make its return for a second season next month, and it seems that Disney is confident of repeating that success – so much so that The Disney Channel has made the decision to renew the show for a third season of 20 more episodes.
The announcement came via the Disney Channel YouTube channel, which shared the following video featuring voice cast members David Tennant, Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz, and Bobby Moynihan. Take a look here…
Season two of DuckTales is set to premiere on The Disney Channel on Saturday, October 20th.
