Scarlet Witch TV series reportedly titled Vision and the Scarlet Witch

December 2, 2018 by Gary Collinson

Back in September it was announced that Marvel Studios is bringing the Marvel Cinematic Universe to the small screen with a number of live-action TV series for the Disney+ streaming service, including shows centred on the likes of Loki and the Scarlet Witch.

Subsequent rumours claimed that Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff will be joined by Paul Bettany’s Vision in her series, and now it seems that has been confirmed with Deadline reporting that the show is actually going by the title of Vision and the Scarlet Witch.

Given the events of Avengers: Infinity War, the smart money would suggest that the series will take place in the two-year gap between Captain America: Civil War and Infinity War, although of course that may well change depending on how the land lies following Avengers 4.

In addition to Loki and Vision and the Scarlet Witch, Marvel is also rumoured to be working on team-ups between Falcon and the Winter Soldier and Rocket Raccoon and Groot, although there’s been no official confirmation on these two projects as yet.

Are you excited about Vision and the Scarlet Witch? What other Marvel series would you like to see on Disney+? Let us know in the comments below…
