Bond 25 reportedly begins filming in Norway

March 25, 2019 by Gary Collinson

Although production on Daniel Craig’s fifth and final 007 outing wasn’t expected to get underway until April, MI6 HQ is reporting that Bond 25 has started shooting today.

According to the fan site (a reliable source of news for all things Bond), director Cary Jojo Fukunaga flew out to Norway this past weekend, and cameras have started rolling today on a sequence which will shoot through to April 2nd.

As is the norm with the franchise, details on Bond 25 have been kept tightly under wraps, with only Daniel Craig so far confirmed as part of the cast.

Nevertheless, the film is expected to see the return of Ben Whishaw as Q, Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny and Lea Seydoux as Dr. Madeleine Swann, while both Rami Malek (Bohemian Rhapsody) and Billy Magnussen (Maniac) have been linked to roles.

Bond 25 is set for release on April 8th 2020.
