Detective Comics to debut new logo with issue #1001

Having reached its milestone 1000th issue this week [read our review here], DC Comics has announced during its DC Celebrates 80 Years of Batman Comics panel at WonderCon that Detective Comics will debut a brand new logo for the first time since 2003 with the upcoming release of issue #1001.

Detective Comics #1001 by Peter J. Tomasi, Andrew Hennessy, Brad Walker, Nathan Fairbairn and Rob Leigh will pick up on the Arkham Knight mystery that betgan in issue #1000, and is set for release on April 10th.
