Another original Halloween actor returning for Halloween Kills

September 1, 2019 by Gary Collinson

Jamie Lee Curtis (Laurie Strode) and Nick Castle (The Shape) aren’t going to be the only original stars from 1978’s Halloween returning for the next instalment in the slasher series, as actress Kyle Richards has announced on Instagram that she’ll be reprising her role as Lindsay Wallace – one of the young children babysat by Curtis’ Laurie in the first movie – for next year’s Halloween Kills.

Richard’s Lindsay Wallace will be joined in Halloween Kills by another child character from the first movie in Tommy Doyle, with Anthony Michael Hall (The Dead Zone) announced this past week as taking over the role originally played by Brian Andrews (and portrayed by Paul Rudd in Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers).

Meanwhile, young actor Jibrail Nantambu has also revealed that he will be reprising his role as the scene-stealing Julian from last year’s reboot/sequel, both for Halloween Kills and 2021’s Halloween Ends.

The new additions join the previously announced Jamie Lee Curtis (Laurie), Judy Greer (Karen, Laurie’s daughter) and Andi Matichak (Allyson, Laurie’s granddaughter), while James Jude Courtney and Nick Castle will be back as Michael Myers.

Halloween Kills is set for release on October 16th 2020, followed by Halloween Ends on October 15th 2021
