Ghostbusters: Afterlife star Finn Wolfhard says “every scene has comedy in it”

January 27, 2020 by Liam Waddington

Ghostbusters: Afterlife and Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard has claimed the highly-anticipated follow-up film to Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II will include a comedic element in “every scene.”

“The trailer only showed some of it, but it’s a Ghostbusters movie so it’s a really funny film. Every scene has comedy in it,” Wolfhard told The Hollywood Reporter. “I’m excited for people to see more of the humour in the movie.”

The Ghostbusters franchise has always had a balanced proportion of supernatural horror and comedy – usually coming from Bill Murray’s Peter Venkman – so it’s great to see the follow up will be faithful to the original films.
