First poster and clip from Dave Franco’s directorial debut The Rental

May 22, 2020 by Gary Collinson

Ahead of its release this July, IFC Films has revealed a poster and clip for Dave Franco’s directorial feature debut The Rental a character-driven horror thriller which stars Dan Stevens, Alison Brie, Sheila Vand, Jeremy Allen White, and Toby Huss and follows two couples who rent a vacation home for what should be a celebratory weekend get-away, only for things to take a sinister turn.

Two couples looking to celebrate their seed money from a new business venture, embark on a weekend getaway to a seemingly perfect house they’ve booked online. But what begins as a festive weekend for the four close friends turns into something far more sinister as secrets they’ve kept from each other are exposed and paranoia grows that they may not be alone.

The Rental is set for a theatrical and VOD release on July 24th.
