Designer BrettCuv’s The Iron Giant – 20th Anniversary Edition concept has progressed onto the First 2020 Review Stage over at LEGO Ideas, having achieved the required 10,000 supporters on the official website to put it in with a chance of being produced as an official LEGO set.
The set is of course based upon the classic 1999 animated movie from director Brad Bird, and would come with four minifigures in Hogarth Hughes, Annie Hughes, Kent Mansley and Dean McCoppin.

The Iron Giant set will face a lot of competition, with over twenty projects making it through to the first Review Stage of this year.
