Lightbulb Film Distribution has released a UK trailer for writer-director Jon Stevenson’s retro horror-thriller Rent-a-Pal which stars Brian Landis Folkins as a lonely bachelor who discovers a strange VHS tape hosted by the charming Andy (Wil Wheaton), which offers him some much needed friendship, until he realises the companionship it provides comes at a sinister cost; watch it here…

Set in 1990, a lonely bachelor named David (Brian Landis Folkins) searches for an escape from the day-to-day drudgery of caring for his aging mother (Kathleen Brady).
