Kate Hope Day is the author of If, Then and her latest novel In the Quick. She holds a BA from Bryn Mawr College and a PhD in English from the University of Pittsburgh and was an associate producer at HBO. The television rights for If, Then sparked a heated auction, which Heyday Films, the creator of the Harry Potter movies and Gravity, eventually won. Apple TV has greenlit the project contingent upon casting, with NBCUniversal as studio. Kate will be a co-producer for the show.
