Everyone loves B-movies. No, I didn’t say Bee Movie, I said B-movies. To those unaware, they are low-budget schlock produced by independent companies either for the direct-to-video market or for a limited release to be picked up by a potential cult following.

But there are benefits to these productions. Their small budgets tend to mean more creativity is given to the filmmakers since there isn’t a risk of revenue loss. As a result, you get some pretty interesting storylines or action scenes that you wouldn’t normally see in a feature length blockbuster.
