Freaky’s Christopher Landon to direct Anthony Mackie, David Harbour and Tig Notaro in We Have a Ghost

July 22, 2021 by Matt Rodgers

Netflix have tasked Christopher Landon (Happy Death Day, Happy Death Day 2U) with writing and directing their family adventure film We Have A Ghost, as well as rounding up an impressive ensemble of Anthony Mackie (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier), David Harbour (Stranger Things), Jahi Di’Allo Winston (Charm City Kings), Tig Notaro (Army of the Dead), and Jennifer Coolidge (The White Lotus) to star.

Based on Geoff Manaugh’s short story, ‘Ernest’,  We Have A Ghost will focus on character called Kevin, who finds a spook named Ernest haunting his new home. Kevin subsequently becomes an overnight social media sensation, along with his family. But when he and Ernest go rogue to investigate the mystery of the latter’s past, they become targets of the CIA.
