Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has begun filming

Director Peyton Reed has taken to social media to confirm that the third instalment in the Ant-Man franchise, titled Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, has begun principal photography.

While plot details for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania are being kept under wraps, we do know that Jonathan Majors (Lovecraft Country) is set to star as the villain Kang the Conqueror. Marvel fans were given a first glimpse at what’s to come during the finale of Marvel’s Loki series as a Kang variant was revealed to be the mastermind behind the TVA.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is being directed by Peyton Reed and stars Paul Rudd (Scott Lang/Ant-Man), Evangeline Lilly (Hope Van Dyne/The Wasp), Michael Douglas (Hank Pym), Michelle Pfeiffer (Janet Van Dyne), and Corey Stoll (Darren Cross/Yellowjacket) along with MCU new additions Kathryn Newton (Freaky) as Cassie Lang and Jonathan Majors (Lovecraft Country) as Kang the Conqueror.

Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania is set for release on February 17th 2023.
