Marvel’s Midnight Suns coming to consoles and PC in 2022

August 29, 2021 by Gary Collinson

During this week’s Gamescom event, Marvel, 2K and Firaxis Games have officially announced the upcoming release of Marvel’s Midnight Suns, a new tactical RPG which will see the Avengers enlisting the aid of the supernatural heroes of the Midnight Suns in a battle against Hydra and the demon goddess Lilith.

Players will take on the role of The Hunter, an original and customisable superhero, who they’ll team with iconic members of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes like Iron Man, Captain America and Wolverine alongside the likes of Blade, Ghost Rider, Magik and Nico Minoru of the Runaways. Check out the official announcement trailer here…

After centuries of sleep, Lilith, Mother of Demons, has been revived by Hydra through a twist of dark magic and science. Lilith stops at nothing to complete an ancient prophecy and bring back her evil master, Chthon. Pushed to the brink, the Avengers desperately look to fight fire with hellfire and enlist the help of the Midnight Suns – Nico Minoru, Blade, Magik and Ghost Rider – young heroes with powers deeply rooted in the supernatural, formed to prevent the very prophecy Lilith aims to fulfill. Together, they resurrect an ancient warrior – the Hunter, Lilith’s forsaken child and the only hero known to have ever defeated her. In the face of fallen allies and the fate of the world at stake, it will be up to you to rise up against the darkness!

Marvel’s Midnight Suns will release on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC in March 2022.
