Trailer for Netflix crime thriller The Stranger starring Joel Edgerton and Sean Harris

Netflix has released a trailer and images for writer-director Thomas M. Wright’s upcoming crime thriller The Stranger. 

Starring Joel Edgerton and Sean Harris, the film centres on two strangers – a man who is a prime suspect in a missing persons case, and an undercover cop who forms an intense relationship with him in an effort to elicit a confession. Check out the trailer below…

A small circle of seasoned undercover cops must pose as a vast and influential criminal network to catch a murderer who has evaded conviction for eight years.

The Stranger arrives on Netflix on October 19th.
