Apple TV+ has debuted the first trailer for Hijack, the upcoming thriller series from director Jim Field Smith.
Unfolding in real-time over seven episodes, the series follows a corporate negotiator (Idris Elba) on board a hijacked plane and the authorities on the ground as they scramble to save its passengers.
Hijack features a cast that includes Idris Elba, Archie Panjabi, Christine Adams, Max Beesley, Eve Myles, Neil Maskell, Jasper Britton, Harry Michell, Aimée Kelly, Mohamed Elsandel, and Ben Miles.
When Flight KA29 is hijacked during its seven-hour journey from Dubai to London, Sam Nelson – an accomplished corporate negotiator – tries using his professional skills to save everyone on board. Will this high-risk strategy be his undoing?
Hijack premieres on Apple TV+ on June 28th.
