Megan Fox brings Nitara back to life in new Mortal Kombat 1 trailer

September 7, 2023 by EJ Moreno

Megan Fox is joining the list of actors who have put themselves into the bloody realm of Mortal Kombat as the actress has been announced as part of the voice cast for Mortal Kombat 1, where she’ll portray Nitara.

Fox talks about joining the cast as the blood-thirsty baddie in a new trailer, complete with commentary from the actress who provided the vampire’s voice and likeness.

“It’s cool to be in the game,” says Fox, introducing her character. “Because I’m not really just voicing it. It’ll be like she’s kind of me… I think it’s just an opportunity that anybody would want because we did all grow up playing the game, and it is one of the greatest video games of all time.”

Mortal Kombat 1 will also introduce Kameo fighters, which bring more iconic MK names to the game. Some names for Kameos are Cyrax, Frost, Goro, Jax Briggs, Kano, Sektor, and Sonya Blade. Check out the official trailer below…

It’s In Our Blood. Discover a reborn Mortal Kombat Universe created by Fire God Liu Kang. Mortal Kombat 1 ushers in a new era of the iconic franchise with a new fighting system, game modes, and Fatalities!
