The Sun may be melting the tarmac on the roads here in the United Kingdom and it may six months away from Christmas, but that’s not stopping the Pokémon Company delivering two rather impressive Legendary Pokémon to all owners of the Pokémon Ultra Sun, Pokémon Ultra Moon, Pokémon Sun, and Pokémon Moon games.
The lovely people over at the Pokémon Company have announced that from 6th July to 22nd July, Trainers will be able to grab one of two Legendary Pokémon — Thundurus or Tornadus.
Thundurus will be available to Pokémon Ultra Sun or Pokémon Sun players and distributed with the following characteristics:
Legendary Pokémon – Thundurus
Pokémon Ultra Sun
Level: 100
Ability: Prankster
Held Item: Gold Bottle Cap
Moves: Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Nasty Plot
Pokémon Sun
Level: 60
Ability: Prankster
Moves: Discharge, Crunch, Charge, Nasty Plot
Tornadus will be available for Pokémon Ultra Moon or Pokémon Moon players and distributed with the following characteristics:
Pokémon Ultra Moon
Level: 100
Ability: Prankster
Held Item: Gold Bottle Cap
Moves: Hurricane, Heat Wave, Grass Knot, Tailwind
Pokémon Moon
Level: 60
Ability: Prankster
Moves: Air Slash, Crunch, Tailwind, Rain Dance
How to claim Thundurus or Tornadus:
- Open your Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun, or Pokémon Ultra Moon game.
- Select Mystery Gift on the main menu.
- Select Receive Gift.
- Select Get via Internet, then Yes to connect to the internet.
- Watch as the Legendary Pokémon arrives in your game!
- Speak to the delivery person in any Pokémon Center to receive your Legendary Pokémon.
- Be sure to save your game.
