Naomie Harris to star in cop thriller Black and Blue

December 14, 2018 by Amie Cranswick

Having recently been confirmed as reprising the role of Moneypenny in Bond 25, Naomie Harris (Moonlight) has now added another project to her slate, with the Oscar-nominated actress set to star in the body cam cop thriller Black and Blue.

The film, formerly titled Exposure, is being directed by Deon Taylor (Traffik) and will see Harris playing a rookie New Orleans police officer who witnesses corrupt cops murdering a drug dealer, with the footage captured on her body cam. She is then hunted through the night by the cops who are desperate to eliminate her and destroy the incriminating footage.

Harris’ latest film, Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle, premiered on Netflix last week, while she also starred alongside Dwayne Johnson earlier this year in the video game adaptation Rampage.
