Spectre set to be longest Bond ever with near three-hour runtime

September 11, 2015 by Tom Beasley

Den of Geek notes that Empire Cinemas are advertising Spectre showings as 155 minutes, whilst Vue Cinemas are advertising 160 minutes for the film.

Either of these running times would comfortably catapult Spectre into the slot of longest Bond film, exceeding Casino Royale‘s 145 minutes.

The running time will be confirmed when the BBFC classifies the film ahead of its release on October 23rd in the UK.

Daniel Craig returns for the fourth time as Bond alongside Ralph Fiennes (M), Naomie Harris (Moneypenny) and Ben Whishaw (Q) and franchise newcomers Christoph Waltz (Django Unchained), Lea Seydoux (Blue is the Warmest Colour), Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy), Andrew Scott (Sherlock) and Monica Bellucci (The Sorcerer’s Apprentice).
