Coming hot on the heels of The Curse of La Llorona, the latest chapter in The Conjuring Universe, director Michael Chaves is now gearing up to pick up the reins from James Wan on the main series, with the filmmaker sharing a piece of teaser artwork for next year’s The Conjuring 3.
The film will see the return of Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga as paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, and the plot will revolve around a man on trial for murder who claims to have been possessed at the time of the crime.
The Conjuring 3 is set for release on September 11th 2020, but the Warrens will be back on our screens later this year as Wilson and Farmiga return for the spinoff sequel Annabelle Comes Home, which hits cinemas on June 28th of this year.
