Paul Hogan stars in first trailer for The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee

Transmission Films has debuted the first trailer for the upcoming comedy The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee which sees Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan playing a fictionalised version of himself desperately attempting to restore his sullied reputation after he’s thrust back into the spotlight just weeks before receiving a Knighthood; watch it here…

THE VERY EXCELLENT MR. DUNDEE sees Paul Hogan playing himself and on the brink of receiving a Knighthood for services to comedy. “Don’t do anything to mess this up”, his manager tells him. However, despite all his best efforts, the next 6 weeks sees his name and reputation hilariously destroyed.

The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee is set for release in Australia on April 30th and sees Hogan joined in the cast by John Cleese, Chevy Chase, Olivia Newton-John, Wayne Knight, Jim Jeffries, Luke Hemsworth and Reggie VelJohnson.
