Microsoft reveals Xbox Series X third party titles with gameplay trailers

Microsoft has released a new video that reveals some of the third party titles that will be coming to their next-gen console, the Xbox Series X.  These upcoming titles will take advantage of the console’s powerful graphics features such as 4k resolution at up to 120 frames per second and hardware-accelerated DirectX raytracing.

The video treats us to glimpses of a number of the third party titles that will be optimised for the new Xbox Series X, including Dirt 5, psychological horror The Medium, psychic action adventure Scarlet Nexus and the highly anticipated viking themed Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla.

The future of gaming begins with trailers and sneak peeks from publishing partners and independent developers across the globe and industry, including the first gameplay trailer for Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. And this is just the start, as we’ll be showcasing many more games that’ll take advantage of the power of Xbox Series X in the leadup to launch.

Games Optimized for Xbox Series X will take advantage of powerful Xbox Series X features that make games look and feel incredible, including 4K resolution at up to 120 frames per second, DirectStorage, hardware-accelerated DirectX raytracing, super-fast load times and much more.
