Sam Neill is teasing his return for Jurassic World: Dominion

August 5, 2020 by Samuel Brace

Sam Neill has taken to Twitter to tease his return to the Jurassic Park franchise for Jurassic World: Dominion.

In what is being billed as the last film in the Jurassic World trilogy, Jurassic World: Dominion sees a host of familiar faces return to the franchise, including Jurassic Park veteran Sam Neill.

Neill will be reprising his role as Alan Grant and it appears to be more than just a cameo. Taking to his Twitter account, the actor took a chance to tease his return and the dinosaur action he is about to film:

“Hold onto your hats- gettin’ my old one back on this week, and facing off dinosaurs once again. Best yet. Excited and terrified- these things will kill ya. With @LauraDern @BryceDHoward @prattprattpratt #JeffGoldblum @colintrevorrow I’m obviously a little more …grizzled now.”

It will certainly be exciting to see Neill back in the role and fending off dinosaurs once again. Hopefully, Dominion can really put a big flourish at the end of this long-running franchise.

Jurassic World: Dominion is being directed by Colin Trevorrow and features a cast that includes franchise returnees Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern, Justice Smith, Danielle Pineda, Jake Johnson, Omar Sy and Isabella Sermon along with new additions DeWanda Wise (She’s Gotta Have It), Mamoudou Athie (Patti Cake$), Scott Haze (Venom), Campbell Scott (House of Cards) and Dichen Lachman (Altered Carbon). It is set for release on June 21, 2021.
