Genndy Tartakovsky, the animator behind the likes of Dexter’s Laboratory, Samurai Jack, Star Wars: Clone Wars and the Hotel Transylvania movies, has revealed on Instagram that he was once asked to work on a series of animated Superman shorts. As it happens, Tartakovsky does have past experience with DC animation, having worked as an uncredited inbetween artist on couple of episodes of the classic Batman: The Animated Series early in his career.
