Archie Comics has announced that it is set to take Archie and pals to new heights this summer with The Best Archie Comic Ever, a one-shot special featuring some of comics’ biggest talents and led by a brand new story from Fred Van Lente (Jennifer Blood) and Tim Seeley (Deadpool) starring Archie Andrews’ superpowered alter-ego Pureheart the Powerful.
“Archie Andrews contains multitudes, and THE BEST ARCHIE COMIC EVER is like a prism with infinite sides, reflecting every endless possibility,” said Van Lente. “Also, it was cool to do a Pureheart comic with my pal Tim Seeley! It is very funny and will make you laugh, it has exactly one (1) meme joke, enjoy.”

The Best Archie Comic Ever is set for release on June 15th 2022.
