Stranger Things: The Many Ghosts of Dr. Brenner miniseries announced by Dark Horse

October 24, 2022 by Gary Collinson

Dark Horse Comics has announced that its next Stranger Things series is set to delve into the dark past of the enigmatic Dr. Brenner (Matthew Modine) with the launch of the four-issue Stranger Things: The Many Ghosts of Dr. Brenner in January.

The year is 1968. Dr. Martin Brenner, a disgraced American scientist, returns to the abandoned lab where he and his colleagues collected research for top-secret government projects. But Brenner’s unfinished business in his old lab isn’t the only thing haunting him: a ghostly face from his past seems to be following his every step.

Stranger Things: The Many Ghosts of Dr. Brenner is written by Brenden Fletcher, with art from Mack Chater, coloring by Rosh, and lettering by Nate Piekos, and will be available with a main cover from arc Aspinall along with variants from Kyle Lambert, Diego Galindo, and Malachi Ward.

Check them out here along with some sneak peek interior artwork from the first issue…

Stranger Things: The Many Ghosts of Dr. Brenner #1 will go on sale in January 2023.
