With Frank Castle M.I.A., a new Punisher is set to take his quest for vengeance to the streets of the Marvel Universe this November as award-winning writer David Pepose (Savage Avengers, Moon Knight: City of the Dead) teaming with artist Dave Wachter (Planet of the Apes, X-Men Legends) for the next generation of punishment.
