The Karate Kid: Street Rumble to deliver retro beat ’em up fun this September

July 15, 2024 by Gary Collinson

Coming off its 40th anniversary last month, The Karate Kid franchise is stronger than ever, what with the final season of the acclaimed Netflix series Cobra Kai on the horizon along with a new feature film crossing over the original movies with the Jackie Chan-led reboot, and fans will soon be able to get in on the action themselves with The Karate Kid: Street Rumble.

An 80s-inspired side-scrolling beat ’em up inspired by the original Karate Kid movie trilogy, the brawler will offer both solo play and couch co-op for up to four players as fans battle the enemies of Miyagi-Do Karate.
