Trailer for gothic horror The Well starring Lauren LaVera

Ahead of its theatrical release this coming Friday, a trailer has arrived online for writer-director Federico Zampaglione’s Gothic horror The Well.

Terrifier 2 and 3’s Lauren LaVera stars as Lisa, a American art restorer who is hired to travel to a remote Italian village to restore a medieval painting that contains an curse placed on it by an evil witch. Watch the trailer below…

On behalf of her father, a young American art restorer travels to a remote Italian village to bring a medieval painting back to its former glory. There she meets a beautiful but aging duchess and her troubled young daughter who warns her that the painting is cursed and that she must leave before she falls prey to an evil witch who drinks the blood of tourists to achieve eternal life.

The Well arrives in select cinemas on August 9th, followed by a digital release on September 3rd.
