The Creep Tapes trailer is ready to creep us all out

October 16, 2024 by EJ Moreno

The Creep Tapes expands the Creep universe most scarily.

After delivering modern cult classics with the found footage Creep and Creep 2, Mark Duplass is set to reprise his leading role as the titular creep. Little has been unearthed about this serial killer other than that he loves terrifying wolf masks and bath time, but the series will explore his twisted ways further.

The Creep Tapes is from franchise filmmaker Patrick Brice and will debut on Shudder on November 15. Duplass and Brice co-wrote the series, and Brice directed all episodes. Both are also credited as executive producers.

Check out the new poster and trailer here…

The Creep Tapes continues to unravel the mind of a secluded serial killer who lures videographers into his world with the promise of a paid job documenting his life. Unfortunately, as the tape rolls, the killer’s questionable intentions surface with his increasingly odd behavior, and the victims will learn they may have made a deadly mistake.

Duplass Brothers Productions and Shudder produce The Creep Tapes. Additional executive producers include Mel Eslyn, Jay Duplass, and Chris Donlon, and Shuli Harel serves as co-executive producer.

New episodes of The Creep Tapes will be released weekly on Fridays on Shudder and AMC+.
