As part of Hasbro’s New York Comic Con reveals, we have a look at the next wave of Retro Cardback figures from the G.I. Joe Classified Series line, with Rock ‘N Roll set to be joined by Dr. Mindbender and a Cobra Viper (complete with rolled up sleeves!).
