He-Man and Skeletor arrive in RAID: Shadow Legends with Masters of the Universe collaboration

November 26, 2024 by Andrew Newton

Plarium has teamed up with Mattel to bring Masters of the Universe’s He-Man and Skeletor to the dark fantasy collection RPG RAID: Shadow Legends in a limited time collaboration event running through to 8th January 2025. New trailers for these two characters can be seen below, plus there’s a new animation available titled ‘The Intern’, where Skeletor looks for a new intern for his evil enterprise.

Skeletor, Lord of Destruction, can be added to the player’s roster for free simply by logging in to the game on seven different days before 25th December.  Serving as a member of the Knights Revenant faction, Skeletor is a support champion who is able to apply buffs and debuffs while controlling the Turn Meter during combat.

The hero of Eternia, defender of Castle Grayskull is He-Man and in RAID: Shadow Legends is a powerful attacker of the Sacred Order faction. He-Man can be gained as the final reward of the Elite Champion Pass feature, although a basic version of the Champion Pass, including a He-Man avatar and other in-game rewards, can be accessed for free. Both tiers of this Champion Pass will run through to January with the 25th being the last day to enrol.

“We were careful and deliberate in preserving Skeletor and He-Man’s classic look and personality, weaving it into RAID in a way that respects the past while contributing to his ongoing story,” said Ronen Gross, Plarium’s vice president. “Our approach was simple: stay true to the characters and their legacy, and create something fans of all ages can enjoy.”

Log in to RAID: Shadow Legends and begin your journey to gain these Masters of the Universe.
