Bullet Hell shooter Project Tower arrives on Steam and PS5, watch the new launch trailer here

January 6, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Yummy Games has announced the release of Project Tower, their new intense bullet hell shooter, on Steam and Playstation 5.  Using a unique morphing system, Project Tower allows players to adapt and survive to reach the top of the tower.  To celebrate the release, a new trailer has arrived online and can be seen below….

In the world of Project Tower, an alien race known as Hiks has invaded Earth and are capturing humans to help train their own soldiers.  This training is the titular Project Tower program and has human prisoners attempting to fight their way up the tower to gain their freedom.  The Hiks see this as an impossibility but it’s up to players to show that it can be achieved.

Players will need to be smarter than the aliens and metamorph and adapt their playstyles with new weapons and equipment as they ascend the tower.  Sharpen those skills, keep adapting, solve complex puzzles and fight hordes of alien enemies in visceral combat to reach the top of the tower.

Project Tower features:

  • A dynamic third-person shooter that will require players to adapt to survive.
  • An innovative metamorphosis mechanic.
  • A rich universe with an interesting story to discover.  Uncover the secrets the tower holds and claim freedom.
  • Unlock new weapons and skills, including a variety of alien technologies to make use of.
  • Cutscenes that immerse players in the narrative.

“Project Tower is the result of years of passion from a small indie team”, Yummy Games.

Visit the Playstation Store and Steam now to purchase Project Tower.
