Trailer for indie slasher Butchers Bluff unleashes the Hogman

Breaking Glass Pictures has shared a trailer and poster for Butchers Bluff, directors William Instone and Matt Rifley’s homage to 80s slashers.

The film follows a group of students as they soon come to regret choosing to explore the legend of the Hogman in a small Texas town when 28 people have vanished over two decades. 

Featuring in the cast are Michael Fischer, Paige Steakley, Johnny Huang, Paul T. Taylor, Bill Oberst Jr., William Instone, Jeremy London, L.C. Holt, Brinke Stevens, and Bill Johnson.

Set in a reclusive Texas town where 28 people have mysteriously vanished over the past two decades, Butchers Bluff follows the students as they seek to uncover the truth behind the Hogman legend for their thesis project. What begins as an ambitious academic endeavor turns into a horrifying fight for survival.

Butchers Bluff  is set for release on March 11th.
