Cobra Alley Viper coming to Hiya Toys’ G.I. Joe Exquisite Mini Series with new figure

Hiya Toys has announced that it is reinforcing the ranks of Cobra with its next G.I. Joe Exquisite Mini action figure release as the Alley Viper gets the deluxe 4″ treatment; check out the official promotional images and details for the new figure below ahead of an expected Q4 2026 shipping, priced $30.99…

Alley Viper, Cobra’s elite urban assault trooper. Trained for city combat and infiltration missions, Alley Vipers form the front line of Cobra forces, known for discipline, precision, and combat efficiency.

This brand new EXQUISITE MINI Series 1/18 scale Alley Viper stands about 10.5 CM tall, draws inspiration from the original Cobra Commander’s troops in the classic G.I.Joe series, we bring new image to him with a modern, realistic military aesthetic. The figure accurately recreating his signature orange-and-blue armor. The helmet features an opening visor, and the layered armor design balances protection and mobility.

Accessories include laser rifle, light machine gun, pistol, knife, and tactical shield. Shield can be freely attached to either arm for defense or assault poses. The figure features multiple articulation points and two interchangeable hands, allowing for a wide range of weapon-holding and combat poses. The figure also comes with a unique base, simulating a war-torn ground with scattered bullet shells and debris, allowing you to recreate an authentic battlefield atmosphere right in your own home!
