Apple TV has served up the trailer for their forthcoming sports comedy The Dink, which stars Jake Johnson (Jurassic World) as an obnoxious washed up tennis pro forced to try his hand at pickleball.
Josh Greenbaum (Strays) directs from a script written by Sean Clements (Workaholics) . The Dink also stars Mary Steenburgen, Ed Harris, Andy Roddick, Patton Oswalt, Chloe Fineman, Chris Parnell and Aaron Chen, with Ben Stiller. Take a look at the trailer below…
Washed up former tennis prodigy Dusty Boyd (Jake Johnson) has been reduced to coaching unruly children at his father Chuck’s (Ed Harris) suburban country club. Desperate for his father’s approval, Dusty blindly supports Chuck’s vendetta against the new craze taking over the club: pickleball.
