Universal Pictures and Focus Features has unleashed the trailer for Robert Eggers’ Werwulf, the Nosferatu director’s latest slice of gothic horror.
Eggers wrote the script, which is reportedly heavy with 13th Century ‘Middle-English’ dialogue, alongside regular collaborator, Sjón (The Northman), and has shot the film in grainy 4:3 aspect ratio. Werwulf also reunites the director with Aaron Taylor-Johnson (28 Years Later), Lily-Rose Depp (Nosferatu), Willem Dafoe (The Lighthouse) and Ralph Ineson (The VVitch).
