BritBox has released the first look of Edward Bluemel (Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials) as the young Hercule Poirot in the origin series Hercule. Created by Benji Walters, the series is based on Agatha Christie’s iconic detective and follows his formative years by taking inspiration from some of Christie’s early stories.
Hercule is the “intimate study of Hercule Poirot the man and an epic portrait of Britain between the wars. ‘Hercule’ will center around three of Christie’s early stories, while also introducing Hercule Poirot to future friends and allies and one particular nemesis.”
