Another Hulk movie after The Avengers: Age of Ultron, according to Lou Ferrigno

December 4, 2013 by admin

After his show-stealing turn in The Avengers, Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner / The Incredible Hulk is set to link up with Earth’s Mightiest Heroes again next year as cameras roll on Joss Whedon’s hotly-anticipated 2015 sequel The Avengers: Age of Ultron.

However, with Ruffalo tied down to a six-movie deal – including the two aforementioned Avengers movies – it’s surely only a matter of time before the Green Goliath gets another solo movie. There has been plenty of speculation that this could happen as part of Marvel’s Phase Three, and according to Lou Ferrigno – who voices the Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and of course portrayed him in the classic 70s TV series – that seems to be the plan.

“They are doing a Hulk movie, I think after the next Avengers,” Ferrigno tells Flicks and the City. “The reason is because the Hulk, in the last Avengers, he saved the day and was the star of the movie so Disney agreed a Hulk movie, so I think it will be done after the Avengers, the second one.”

Would you like to see The Incredible Hulk back in another solo movie for Phase Three? Let us know in the comments below…
