Fresh from Disney-Pixar’s Cars 3, screenwriters Eyal Podell and Jonathon E. Stewart are set to pen the script for A Tale of Momentum and Inertia, a feature adaptation of the House Special (formerly LAIKA/house) animated short, which is in development at Fox Animation Studios.
A Tale of Momentum and Inertia follows “a rock giant who accidentally unleashes a massive boulder to roll thunderously down toward a seaside kingdom and his attempt to stop it.”
The short, which was directed by Kameron Gates, was picked up by Fox Animation in a bidding war last year; check it out here…
