Ken Jeong joins Crazy Rich Asians

The Hangover star Ken Jeong has signed on to the cast of Warner Bros. upcoming comedy Crazy Rich Asians, which is being directed by Jon M. Chu (Now You See Me 2).

Adapted from author Kevin Kwan’s bestselling 2013 book of the same name, Crazy Rich Asians follows native New Yorker Rachel Chu (Constance Wu) as she accompanies her longtime boyfriend Nick Young (Henry Golding) to his best friend’s wedding in Singapore.

The romantic comedy is being shot entirely on location in Singapore and Malaysia, and also stars Gemma Chan, Awkwafina and Michelle Yeoh.
