Benedict Wong joins Ang Lee’s Gemini Man with Will Smith

February 28, 2018 by Ricky Church

As production begins on Ang Lee’s Gemini Man, another addition has been made to its cast. Benedict Wong (Doctor Strange) has joined the film starring Will Smith, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Clive Owen.

Gemini Man follows Will Smith as in dual roles as Henry Brogan, an aging assassin who is trying to retire but is marked for death and faced with the ultimate opponent: a clone of himself, only 25 years younger and at the peak of his abilities who can predict every move Henry makes. The film has been in development for over 20 years and will be released on October 4, 2019.

Wong will be seen next in Avengers: Infinity War, reprising his Doctor Strange role as Wong, one of Strange’s colleagues and a master in the mystic arts.
