Co-op paranormal mystery The Blackout Club gets a reveal trailer

March 1, 2018 by Gary Collinson

Developer Question, which includes a team of industry veterans including the Creative Director and Lead Writer of BioShock 2, the Senior Gameplay Programmer of Dishonored, and the Lead Effects Artist for BioShock Infinite, has unveiled its next title, The Blackout Club, a cooperative paranormal horror mystery.

Set in a small town with a monstrous secret, the experience follows a group of teens who have all mysteriously been experiencing blackouts – sometimes for days on end. When one of their friends disappears and none of the adults seem to believe them, the group begins an investigation of their own.

With up to four players, sneak out at night to go on surveillance missions and capture the conspiracy going on in the town’s ominous underbelly on camera. Only by working together can players gather evidence and survive long enough to expose the strange things going on beneath the town.
