Al Pacino confirms meeting with Marvel

December 9, 2014 by Thomas Roach

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is at an all time high and many actors are looking at getting involved with this successful film franchise.

Oscar winner Al Pacino has now confirmed that he has had a meeting with Marvel. The actor had been rumoured to have been approached about a role over the past few months but this is the first confirmation that any meeting took place.

During a podcast with HappySadConfused, Pacino confirmed that met with Marvel’s Kevin Feige before being interrupted: “Yeah. I would imagine that either there’s something he feels is right for me and if I feel — “

The sentence was interrupted by a phone call and Pacino went on to joke that Marvel was calling him to keep his mouth shut.

Whilst there is no indication to which character he has been approached for, this confirms that there has been a discussion and that Pacino may be interested in taking the role.

Who do you think Al Pacino could play in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Let us know…
