Kogonada’s A Big Bold Beautiful Journey has added several alongside lead stars Margot Robbie (Barbie) and Cillian Murphy (Oppenheimer). Per Deadline Lily Rabe (Love and Death), Jodie Turner-Smith (Queen and Slim) and Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag) will join Robbie and Murphy in the film.
A Big Bold Beautiful Journey is described as “an imaginative tale of two strangers and the unbelievable journey that connects them.” The script was written by Seth Reiss (The Menu) with Imperative Entertainment producing.
The film will be produced by Imperative’s Dan Friedkin, Bradley Thomas and Ryan Friedkin with Reiss and Youree Henley. Executive producing is Kogonada, Ilene Feldman and Original Films’ Ori Eisen.
Production on A Big Bold Beautiful Journey will begin this spring in California.
