Alien invasion sci-fi comedy Alien Country gets a trailer and poster

Ahead of its release next month, a poster and trailer have arrived online for the sci-fi action comedy Alien Country.

Directed by Boston McConnaughey, the film follows couple Jimmy and Everly as accidentally open a portal, releasing a horde of alien creatures into their small town, and find themselves in a race against time to save not just their home, but the entire galaxy.

The cast includes Renny Grames, K. C. Clyde, Rachele Brooke Smith, Austin Archer, Dalton Baker, Corbin Alred, and Payton Myler. Watch the trailer below…

Alien Country follows Jimmy Walker, a local demolition derby driver, who finds out his girlfriend Everly is pregnant, he figures it’s the toughest news he’ll get that day. Yet, somehow, the two of them also manage to accidentally open a mysterious portal, and a horde of bio-engineered alien creatures are set loose in their small town. Now, in a race against time, these soon-to-be parents must quickly learn to work together and stop the monster invasion, or their town, their planet, and their relationship will face sudden annihilation. Turns out it’s going to be a long day in Alien Country.

Alien Country arrives on digital platforms on October 22nd.
